SUR/FIN 2019 USA: AN OUTSTANDING EDITION!

SUR/FIN (Surface Finishing USA) is the main exhibition organized and promoted by NASF (National Association for Surface Finishing). This event is held every year in a different venue among Atlanta, Rosemont, Las Vegas and Cleveland; and it is addressed to the American surface finishing industry, a field that represenst a turnover of 28 Billions Dollars. SUR/FIN is the place where the main players of the sector can gather, and this year a number of 180 exhibitors took part in the event, presenting innovative products and technologies for the surface finishing field. Thanks to the high turnout of companies coming from several areas of the world, SUR/FIN is getting more and more strategical for understanding the demand of the market and how this can evolve in the future.

 

Our partticipation @ SUR/FIN 2019

Dr. Francesca Cuzzolin (Sales & Marketing Manager), Eng. Matteo Cuzzolin (Technical Manager) and Eng. Fabrizio Schira (Sales Representative for US adn Canada) attended the exhibition on behalf of Progalvano. In fact, in the last two years we focused and invested with a significant effort in the American market, by leaning on our local representative set in Buffalo, NY. All these efforts are bringing good results and Eng. Schira has turned into the acknowledged reference for Progalvano in the US.

In details, the products the Progalvano showed during SUR/FIN 2019 were:

• a “ROTOR EXPORT 2000”, the most sold and well-known barrel model of our range. This plating barrel can offer very good performances in terms of technology, reliability, efficiency, quality and pricing.
• A “PORTABLE MINIROTOR DC” with extractable panels; a small barrel designd for producing minimum lots and samplings.
• Overall spare parts, especially for the tanks of our rotors – discover the complete range of Progalvano plating equipment.

Our machines summoned the attention of visitors coming from a variety of countries, in particular plating shops from Michigan, Illinois and even Mexico. This has been an opportunity to make agreements with new potential distributors and to strengthen the existing relationship with our customers.

At SUR/FIN, Progalvano played as a leading company in the field of plating barrels and plating accessories, a firm that exports its products all over the world since 50 years.

We can definitely say that at SUR/FIN 2019 Progalvano has shown its potentialities and the very typical “Made in Italy” way of producing: the long-time expertise, the continuous research for the best industrial processes and the development of customized projects in the electrochemical plating field, allows us to operate globally.

Moreover, the importance of the quality of the raw materials used for production (PVDF, PP, PE and many more) achieved a huge success.

The evaluation of the last edition of SUR/FIN has been extremely positive: we found out new customers and quoted a number of projects. Our participation has been crucial for increasing our visibility and improving our brand image, that’s why Progalvano is already working on its attendance for the 2020 edition that will take place in Atlanta from the 15th to the 17th of June 2020 at the World Congress Center of Atlanta, Georgia.
